My rental car.
I requested a compact. When i got in all they had left was this chrysler aspen. It's huge, but i like it more than i thought i would. When the accord dies, i might get something like this.

On the road again.
just can't wait to get on the road again.
At least, that's what the song says. But, that's not how I feel. Here I sit in the Huntsville airport on a Monday evening, waiting to board a plane to Texas. I'm going to be away from my family and my little buddy Brayden all week. Fortunately today was my day off and I got to spend most of the day with him.
At noon we went to the photographer's studio to order some pictures from when he was a newborn. My goodness waht a difference a few months makes! He was so small, and now he's so big!
I am so proud of him! He is learning so much new stuff every day!
I was at the gym last Friday. I had finished up and was in the restroom washing my hands. Beside me was a kid that was probably 6 or 7 and his dad was instructing him to wash his hands. Normally, in my past life, I wouldn't have thought anything about it, but this time I thought, "I can't wait until Brayden is old enough to take out and actually understand what I'm saying!" It's going to be a very fun time!
I finally put up new pictures of him at my office not too long ago. It's a constant reminder of how lucky I am and also of the huge responsibility I have as a dad to raise both him and our daughter properly.
Well, I need to sign off for now.
I would certainly rather not be on the road again.
