I forgot to mention that my good friend Jeff Beasley is performing at the Mountain Valley Music Festival in Guntersville tonight at 4:30 PM. He's in the semi-finals for songwriting and performing, instrumental category.
I just found out this morning, but I can't get there in time tonight. Rats. The finals are Sunday I think, so if he wins, I'll definately make a trip to check it out. I'll have to find a date, but that shouldn't be a problem.
