The 3rd week

I can not believe that we are already at the end of the 3 week in 2005! Needless to say, if things keep going like they are, this is going to be an incredibly good year in my books... well as soon as the stock market picks back up. But other than that little flub-bub things are simply smashing. (Insert British Accent)

Church went well this morning and things definately got out of control on the last song, but it was good and crazy. This topic of money that we're studying is pretty interesting. There was one Bible verse in particular that talked about "a wise man leaves an inheritance to his children, he who does not is worse than in infidel" (or something to that effect).

You know, I don't care if you believe in God or not (well I do, but you know what I mean), but the principles of life that are illustrated in the Bible are useful to anyone. I was thinking about this tonight... I would venture to guess if more people put some effort into following the teachings of the Bible, we might live in a better world (on all levels). Call me crazy.

Afterwards it was off to Quizzno's. Good sandwich. Came home and organized my bazillion miniDV tapes somewhat. That took about 2 hours. Tag and I took care of some CD orders that came in, for a children's audio book that we 'manufacture' or whatever.

When I got home from lunch today, I read that Johnny Carson had died. I remember, I use to stay up late on school nights in high school and watch his monologue. Always good stuff. And you know what, it was "clean". It is possible to be funny cleanly. Sadly, it seems to be a lost art these days.

Well it was a pretty low key day all around. I'm going to bed.
