Old Friends

Ok, so today didn't turn out be a complete waste, thanks to tonight.

I played guitar for a couple hours after sitting on the couch most of the afternoon.

At 8:54 PM I decieded to call J-mo to see if I could borrow a movie to watch. I cruised over there and picked up "Collateral". My plan was to watch it tonight, but alas, at 9:10 PM I started to get hungry.

I headed over to the restaurant, but on my way, I noticed JS was at the studio so I stopped by. Hung out for a bit, and he let me borrow a movie as well, "Anchorman". He didn't like it..

She Spoke To Me.....
I pulled in to the restaurant at 10:15 PM. Walking to the front door, I noitced a waitress coming in from around the side of the building. It was dark outside, and she looked cute, so I was about to use the line, "Hey, shouldn't you be working?"... she busted out with, "You're Kyle aren't you?... I'm Holly... I use to wait on you at Ruby Tuesday's in Huntsville. You always got the Teriyaki chicken."

I just about fell over on the sidewalk. OMG... I haven't seen or thought of her since 2000. At the time, I was in grad school and would get out around 9:00 PM. I would always go by RT's in Madison Square Mall for something to eat before I went home on Tues and Thurs. Needless to say, we spent some time catching up. 5 years is a long time.

Andrea had the pix from the Alter Bridge concert on Tues. I gave her my email addy and asked her to scan in the pic of me and her and J-mo and send it to me. Cool.

Also, Hillary(?) got a job in 5308 [I had my badges out on the table.. long story]. She starts on Monday. She's working on the 3rd floor, and oddly, I spend some time on the 3rd floor.

S and M were coming down tonight from Nville... but hadn't left as of about 10:50 PM.

LJ called me on the way in from AU. Him and Roy were driving in to Decatur tonight. At 11:00 PM they were somewhere between Mont and Bham. Wow... it's goin to be a late night for them.
