The Day After

I mentioned this the other day... It just really didn't seem like the Christmas season at any time over the past 48 hours. At this point, it kind of got lumped into the category of, "It's just nice to be off of work for a while." So, I've pretty much laid around a lot and surfed the net. I went to some Christmas parties, bought friends gifts and such, had holiday meals with people... but something is just amiss this year, and I don't know what it is. Speaking of meals, it'll be time to eat dinner with more friends who are in town in about an hour.

Last night Bone called me up and was excited about receiving a classic Atari 2600 type game console from Buzz and Megan. So I cruised over to his place around 7:30 pm and we played Pong! ... ummm... for quite a while. I guess you'd say we were easily entertained. The pic on the left shows some of the other classics we played. You can contrast this by considering, Kevin called around 8:30 pm and said he and J-mo were playing XBOX 360 at his place.

After meeting up for lunch at Logan's today, a bunch of us went out this afternoon looking for ACB (After Christmas Bargains). Suprisingly, the mall wasn't very busy. Ran in to the Playboy and Roy there (from the Jeff and Kyle show) , and Roy expressed his interest in making an in studio appearance in the very near future. Hopefully, we can work that out for our fans!

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, and we hope to bring you one more soon-to-be-considered classic episode of The Show in the coming days... before heading to Nashville for New Year's 2006.
