My first time... was tonight.

Welcome to Installment 1 of my new series, "My first time..." Each week in 2006, I'm going to attempt to do or try something new, since I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to be alive. I'm not dying or anything, but you know, you never know. Live life to its fullest... right?

So anyways, we'll see how long this series lasts. :)

Tonight, my "thing" of choice was: The Stairmaster. That is a lot more difficult than it looks. Or, it's just as difficult as I knew it would be since my cardiovascular fitness level has gone in the crapper. It's been about 3 hours now since I was on it, and I can already feel my legs are gonna be sore in a few hours. I think I managed to get in about 10 minutes total on that, and when I got off, I was sweating like I had been hunting game in the African bush.

Sorry I haven't blogged more, but I've been slammed at work, and there's been a lot of audio/video work that I've been doing too so that's taking up a lot of time. Not to mention, reviewing end of the year financial reports and such... checking numbers... figuring out what to do. Fun fun fun.

As some of you know, I have begun reading. Reading a lot. Some for business and some for pleasure. Here are some reviews of a few of the recent books I've read, and also other products in general you might be interested in knowing more about.
