Everyone has been asking what the floor plan for the house is, so here it is. This is the rendition I did in my software program, not what the architect has drawn up, which looks much better. The overall plan may look simple, but I've spent nearly 1.5 years working on this layout. Note the colored areas above the garage represent the recording studio, with the 14x20 main room, 11x10 drum room, and 6 x 10 amp room which uses iso cabs and also serves as a big walk in closet.
What isn't readily apparent is the 14x20 covered patio that is off of the living room which is where I'm sure a lot of grillin' out is going to be done! I was going to put in a pool, but everyone I've talked to said, don't do that. So, I didn't. There is the 4th bedroom downstairs, which is where the billiards table is going!
