What an amazing Christmas & Birthday season this was!
In addition to the awesome news that we are going to have a baby, and potentially finding a buyer for her house... Jawana got us a Nintendo Wii for Christmas! That was quite the surprise right there! She also got me Seinfeld seasons 6,7 and, 8, an Adobe Book, Glenn Beck's new book, and a lot of clothes (jeans, sleep pants, sweaters, and shirts)!
She really outdid me on the gift giving this year. I got her started on a new wardrobe from Old Navy and Steve & Barry's (jeans, pants, sweaters, shirts, pjs) and also some Alabama football dishware that she was wanting. Also had dinner at Olive Garden, got to add some things from Victoria's Secret and the Galaxy of Lights tour, and a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts. We are still on the lookout for some tennis shoes for her, but haven't had any luck.
We got Shayla several items, including, an iPod, a real electic guitar and amp, mouse trap, operation, scene it jr, dolls, clothes, and tickets to see the Hannah Montanna concert 3D movie thing at the new Monaco theater at Bridgestreet
We played the Wii for about 2.5 hours Yesterday morning and are all feeling it a bit today! Great exercise!
Speaking of exercise, I'm getting the new year started off right, by cancelling my gym membership and saving $400/year! I'm going to start using one of the four free health clubs on post, and also the gym at First Baptist, so Jawana and I can work out together!
I can not believe we've been married nearly 2 months already! My baby is so awesome and I love her so much! I smile every time I think about her, and I am really looking forward to this next phase in our life!
