I decided to go out for lunch since it is so nice outside. I realized today I want to move to hawaii. Very soon. I am tired of the rat race mainland side and am ready for a life of relaxation on the beach! I guess i am running up to the state line after this to buy some tennessee lotto tickets! Lol

Lazy days!

The past weekend was anything but lazy... With 2 video gigs and a lot of church activities. It was hectic, but good. Rest assured, Scratchy was taking it easy though! I need a nap!

Life is hard sometimes. A very dear friend of mine lost her husband in the iraq war on sunday. I've been trying to get a handle on what she's going through and feeling. After talking to her, I am amazed at her faith and trust in God during this time of extreme distress. She is strong and I know she will pull through and be ok. It made me question my own faith and commitment to God. Would i trust and be ok in knowing i lost my wife for a greater cause? Love is an interesting emotion. It is what gets us through the tough days. Yet sometimes it is what makes the days tough. While we may fight and disagree at times, i am beginning to realize that when you find someone who really loves you for who you for are and what you stand for... That is what life is all about. A lifetime companion. I believe we are not meant to be alone in our journies. I am so glad i have a girl in my life who loves me and i hope i can make her happy for the rest of her life! I am going to try my hardest!

Furniture is coming!

Last Monday, Tag came over and helped me move my audio and video studio gear over to the new place. Thanks dude! Friday night, Jawana and I went to Huntsville and I FINALLY ordered the circle couch from Haverty's! It will be here Wednesday and much partying will ensue! Jawana got me a cool and massive 4x4 painting for above the mantle. Thanks honey! I also bought my first 8x11 area rug and have one more to go. I got my video editing gear up and running and set up some of the music stuff. We spent all weekend cleaning (thanks for vacuuming the whole house baby! I love you!) and last night, J-mo came over and took professional interior pictures for me. Thanks! Don't forget we have a busy weekend next weekend! Maybe later this summer we can do exterior pictures when I get the landscape done. Life has been super busy, but things are about to slow down and get back to normal. Especially after I move in! Life is good my friends!
