Dead.

Turns out, that's what an old friend of mine is. I found out today at lunch. He went in for ankle surgery last week. A blood clot formed, got loose and he was dead on Wednesday. That really sucks. He was in his late 30's.

That really got me to thinking, you never know when you're going to go. You'd better have all your stuff in order, spiritually and worldy. It was frickin' ankle surgery... no big whoop. But, yes, it turned into a big whoop.

A missing girl?
We're not sure if she's missing or not, but the girl on this webpage
http://www.kyleroot.com/travel/atlanta/atlanta.html may be missing. If you know Bobbie Cottingham from Moulton, AL please contact me. Surely out of the 300,000 hits I get a year on my main page, someone will know her.

The Plan
I got my 401K confirmation in the mail today from my employer. Sweet. Also I heard on the way home, it looks like things are really starting to shape up well for this battle over social security. I'm sure you get tired of hearing me rant on about it, but hey, it's very important to everyone.

Steve Vai and Evo
I decided against the $170.00 Evo Premium ticket that I wrote about yesterday. I'd rather spend that money on the next G3 concert.
