Tonight I went over to J-mo's to work on some DVD stuff. Dana called and said they were all going to the new Kyoto Japanese restaurant in the Publix shopping center. (Close to where the Stein Mart is, that's going out of business)
We headed over there (pix below) for some ethnic food. As everyone discovered tonight, even though I am 1/2 Japanese, I don't like that type of food, and I also don't know how to eat with chop stix. Also, I don't like shrimp or scallops. It was a good time though.
Afterwards the A-team hit up Books A Million. Ran into that girl from Parisian's there. She was looking for some kind of financial thing to keep track of her money or something... I was like, "2 words: Microsoft Money." I could not live without that program! Anyways, I'm sure we'll probably see her tomorrow night at the Monday night River Oaks Mall gathering.
I forgot to mention that Ness called me the other night. He purchased the Evo Premium ticket to see Steve Vai at Boutwell Auditorium in March. The total price is $170.00. I love Steve and all... but man, shelling out $170.00 at this juncture may not be the best decision for me. Then again, it's a once in a life time opportunity... If I hadn't already seen him in 2003 at the G3 concert... I dunno I'm gonna sleep on it.
Thanks again to J-mo for burning me the -R DVD's.
I'm out. Peace.
