The 61" Pioneer Elite Plasma Flat Panel TV. It's lovely. The price is dropping like a frickin' rock. Shane and I have been intently discussing HD Plasma TVs for several days now. Since neither one of us watch TV, we can't justify spending the exorbitant prices plasma tvs cost. Still though, I want one, because they are just cool. Prices have been steadily declining all year long, and I am predicting that the first of 2007 will see major price drops in current flat panel technology after the January Consumer Electronics Show. So, if you can hold of on that purchase, definately do so, because you'll get a lot more bang for your buck around February.

Videos have consumed my life lately. However, last night I did make it down to Hartselle to eat some home cooked food. Jawana made spaghetti and it was quite tasty. I even took some to work today and ate it, before going on that crazy electronics pseudo shopping spree. (A pseudo shopping spree is when you go looking but don't buy. Kind of like window shopping, but that sounds so feminine. And, of course, I can't have that.)

I had several interesting thoughts today, but can't remember any of them now. Alas, I feel I am getting funkified, thus I'm about to go to bed. Hope you all are having a great life.

That's Pioneer's top line... The ISF Mode is something new, but very cool. ISF is short for (I think) Imaging Science Foundation - This particular display sounds like it can calibrate itself - a good idea since with time, the color can drift... not a good thing if you're spending this much money on a display.

That's one heck of a price cut though!
